Choose 20-minute employee treatments with a separate 5-minute changeover for dressing and preparing the next client, including oil-based targeted massage, at our Gordon's Bay branch or at your workplace. Massage is performed directly on skin with towel draping in a private treatment space. Workplace visits add R250 for travel; branch visits have no travel charge.

Package prices are fixed for the stated capacity; per-employee rates assume all places are used. Branch visits have no travel charge. Workplace visits add R250 travel per visit. Workplace address and travel arrangements are confirmed with the quote before booking. The stated blocks reserve 25 minutes per client, including the 5-minute changeover. Allow extra time for setup and breaks. Time allowances assume one treatment station; final staffing and the schedule must fit available operating hours and are confirmed before booking. The monthly partner plan is a 6-month contract with one 5-hour visit each month: R1,999/month at the branch (R11,994 total) or R2,249/month at your workplace (R13,494 total including six travel charges).

Plan the day
We confirm your team size, choice of branch or workplace, location and session schedule, allowing 20 minutes of treatment and 5 minutes of changeover per client. For workplace massage, you provide a private room for changing and treatment with enough space for a massage table and therapist access; FitNest brings treatment equipment, oils and clean towels.
Employees opt in
Each employee participates voluntarily and completes private consent and basic health screening, including any massage-oil allergies or sensitivities. The therapist explains clothing removal and towel draping before massage begins.

Package prices include access to all currently available recovery therapy options, selected to suit each employee:

Each employee receives a 20-minute session using selected suitable techniques, followed by a separate 5-minute changeover for dressing and preparing the next client; the session does not include every therapy at once. Equipment and treatment choices are confirmed when planning the visit.
Massage uses oil directly on skin: employees privately remove clothing from the area being treated, keep underwear on, and receive towel draping so the rest of the body remains covered. Only the area being massaged is uncovered. Employees can ask for adjustments, decline a technique or stop at any time. TENS is only considered after the relevant screening. Sessions are provided as general wellness support, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Health answers stay between the employee and FitNest. The business receives attendance information and, when useful, anonymous aggregate feedback - never individual medical details.
