What to expect
FitNest monthly recovery memberships are designed for clients who want regular sessions and predictable monthly value. Flex Option 1 includes four sessions per month at R999, which works out to R249 per session. Flex Option 2 includes eight sessions per month at R1599, which works out to R199 per session.
Both options include priority booking access, family sharing and access to available FitNest recovery services. Family sharing allows the monthly allocation to be used by immediate family members living in the same household; it does not increase the total number of sessions included in the plan. Multi-location access will apply as new FitNest locations become available.
Memberships can be cancelled, and service availability still needs to be confirmed when appointments are booked. The Wednesday Pensioner Special and other promotional discounts have their own terms and are not automatically combined with membership pricing. Submit the form to request Flex Option 1 or change the service selector to Flex Option 2 before sending.

Eight sessions per month for R1599—approximately two sessions per week at R199 per session.
Shared Household Value
Immediate family members in the same household may share the fixed monthly session allocation.
