What to expect
The FitNest membership special gives regular clients approximately 10% off the normal monthly membership price. Flex Option 1 includes four single sessions for R899, or R225 per session. Flex Option 2 includes either eight single sessions or four couples sessions for a R1,439 monthly base, or R180 per session credit. Its loyalty-adjusted first payment is R1,349.
Both options include priority booking access, loyalty benefits, family sharing, My FitNest App access and all available FitNest recovery services. Flex Option 2 members can choose eight single sessions per month or four couples therapy bookings per month. A single session uses one My FitNest App sticker and a couples booking uses two stickers, so both choices follow the same eight-sticker loyalty schedule.
The Month 1, Month 2 and Month 3 prices value the 50%-off fifth session and the free session after the tenth visit at the applicable membership per-session rate. They assume all eight Flex 2 stickers are used in sequence and the loyalty cycle restarts after the tenth visit. The standard monthly bases remain R899 and R1,439.
Four Exclusive VIP places remain across Flex 1 and Flex 2. The VIP rates are R799 and R1,280 per month; Flex 2's first payment is R1,200 after its Month 1 loyalty adjustment. VIP members commit for at least three months with month-to-month payments. Their base rate is protected from future price adjustments while membership stays continuously active, subject to FitNest confirming a VIP place is available.
Active members can book from one hour before an available appointment through the My FitNest App. Standard website bookings require at least two hours' notice. Appointments depend on live availability.
Flex Option 2
Choose eight single sessions or four couples sessions per month. Both use eight My FitNest App stickers and follow the same loyalty-adjusted pricing, starting at R1,349.
