FitNest Wellness (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information collected through this service-studio website and booking process.

Information we collect

We collect the details needed to manage an appointment, including your name, contact details, selected service, appointment date and time, notes you choose to provide, payment choice, and booking status. Please do not send medical information through general contact channels.

Why we use it

We use this information to schedule and deliver services, communicate about your booking, process or reconcile payments, prevent abuse, keep required business records, and respond to enquiries.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage supports booking and preference functions. Google Analytics (G-KVNY4HL2M5) and Meta Pixel load only after you select “Accept analytics.” Selecting “Essential only” keeps those optional trackers off.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, booking communications, analytics you consent to, and payment processing. We retain it only as long as needed for these purposes, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security.

Your POPIA rights
